ive a friend who tries to stop smoking. what step must he follow first? any idea?thanks for all reply.Perhaps he could investigate a web search for -nicorette activestop-.May sound gross but after 30 yrs of smoking this worked for me. Bought a pack of chewing tobacco and every time I had the urge to smoke I would put a very small piece of tobacco in my mouth and suck on it. Like I say, it worked for me. Better than smoking.put down the cigarette.
