provided you dont start smoking from the first time you put the patch on,you will be tested to see if you have had a sneaky fag while on the trial as well, good luck.

Unfortunately not my friend.. however if i want to go off the cigarettes for a while i smoke just either pure gunja, a herbal smoking mix, or a combination of both. Herbal smoking mixes are legal and usually contain herbs like damiana, mugwort and lionstail. Without the tobacco its not so addictive, and gives the lungs a bit of a break. Otherwise i agree definitely about trying rolling tobacco, its a much better then tailor-made ciggies. Good luck with it!The best thing to do is go -cold turkey.- Don-t fart around with any patches or this other crap that they rip you off for.
You can do it, just stop. Throw out all cigarettes, lighters, ash trays and matches. When you get a craving to smoke, chew gum.
I stopped smoking on 1/11/00 and haven-t had a cigarette since, it-ll be 9 years in a week. I stopped after smoking for 27 years.no dude theres not.

about 4 months ago i switched to American spirits though.
the tabacco is 100% chemical free.
theres chemicals in the paper and stuff, but its TINY bit better for you.
they taste awesome too.dont think there is any thing like that,
when i quit i got 2 cans of tobaco, and when i had a craving used that, plus i drank a lot of soda pop..
kind of gross for a while bnut it worked for me to break the habbit and every thing..
