i stopped smoking 6mths ago and since them i really get spotty,does anyone know wot could help?Congratulations on giving up Smoking!! In reference to everybody else asking what you mean by spotty am I correct in thinking that you mean spots as in on your skin, like acne? Coming from the UK like yourself this is the only conclusion I come to when the word -spotty- is used! Must mean summit else in other parts of the world? Anyway in reference to your original question, it could be related to giving up smoking ,but then again it could just be a coincidence. Or have you changed the way you eat now, like replacing ciggies with sweets perhaps? Maybe a trip to your GP would help with some answers or perhaps give you something to help? Consult your doctor if you are bothered.Do not understand what you mean by SPOTTY...What do you mean by spotty??? I know that smoking is an easy path to cancer but I don-t understand spotty!!! If your seeing spotted then you might have an eye problem if your talkin- bout your period kotex always fits!!!by spotty do you mean like acne? Cause if you do, just exfoliate.
