ALL ABOUT SMOKING BUT NO CATEGORY FOR THATShe has to WANT to quit, and if she doesn-t, nothing you say can get her to quit. Smokers have an -I-ll do it if I want to, dammit!- reflex that makes them get pissed off if you try to help them and they don-t want help. This is true even if she tried to quit and then decided it was easier to keep smoking. There-s not really a lot you can do other than drop the subject.tell her that when you smoke you lose 5 seconds of your life and it will make you fat and you wont look as pretty and you will have bad breathJust mind your own business.People are going to do what they want.
Hang out with a new friend.well u was right smoking is a bad thing for any age so first don-t get nad at your self just tell a grown up what is going on maybe they can help your friend they might still be mad but u saved their life in the long runGo to a library, and check out a book, show her lungs of a smoker and how they die...not a pretty thing.Well.. if she doesn-t want to quit you have to convince her not force her. She is human wich makes her independant so it-s really up to her.
