How can i help my bf stop smoking ? -
i wanna help him as much as i can so any ideas?IF HE LOVES YOU AND WANTS TO CONTINUE TO BE WITH YOU AND KNOWS THAT IT BOTHERS YOU HE-LL STOP EVENTUALLY.DOES HE EVEN TRY TO NOT SMOKE AROUND YOU?every time he gets out a cigarette take it from his hands and either throw it away or put it somewhere where he cant get access to easily(purse,pocket). this may seem weird but smell him sometimes and ask him if he has been smoking and then if he says no then say that you can smell it and its bothering you. if he says yes than tell him to stop smoking.Be supportive and encouraging. Don-t get upset if he slips up. Buy him some sugarless gum and candy. Reward him after periods of time without smoking. Most of all, put up with his moodiness! :)what you do is ignore it but kinda ignore him when hes smoking arround you... he-ll eventually stop smoking arround uGive him something else to put in his mouth ;-)
