How much healthier are rolled cigarettes than straights? -

I-ve been smoking straights for about a year and a half and mainly because of money issues, I-ve decided to start smoking roll-ups.

They-re a whole lot cheaper and apparently healthier, but I just wondered how much of a difference there is? As there isn-t any tar or anything like that in roll ups I imagine it-d make a good amount of difference?

By the way, do not tell me stop smoking, it-s not relevant to my question. Thank you.How can they be healthier? They still contain tar, nicotine. carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, arsenic...........they may be slightly less healthy, i think it depends on how you roll it, whether you use a filter or a roach etc.
