Try the patch or gum. Stop buying cigarettes.. ;-)-its hard. i-ve tried it so many times.i-d suggest nicorette. i-m going to try it, because smoking is really starting to affect my health.I have been smoke free for 10 years now with the help of Zyban tablets prescribed by my doctor; thank God. Suggest you talk to your physician and get his recommendation
