The side effects of stoping smoking? -
About three days I stopped smoking. I was feeling terrible all the time, my skin was a mess, and I knew I needed to stop smoking. Since I stopped, I have felt even worse.I have been coughing up some kind of mucas, my throat is really sore, I feel dehydrated, and I-m havuing trouble sleeping. Why do I keep coughing?I quit too and have been doing the same. so I am going to join the gym this weekend to help level everything out. down with an old bad habit and in the a new healthy one! :) good luck and keep it up.First of all Congrats!!!!! You are coughing like that because your body is trying to expel some of the crap that you have been putting into all these years. You are having trouble sleeping because you are not getting that stimulant anymore that your body has grown accustom to. Your throat is hurting because it is trying to heal. The coughing will go away but its going to take time. Stick with it. In three months you will be amazed at how great you feel.Unfortunately for you you have about 5 weeks to go for most of the symptoms are up (it gets easier in about 1 week). After that you should be in the clear, the watch the occasional craving you get every few months.it-s just withdraw syptoms, make sure u drink plenty of water :) and dont start back up again! itl just get worse. congrats :)
