I have stopped smoking for a week tomorrow? -

I have stopped smoking for a week tomorrow? -

I-ve used the high strength patch and its been easy, i-ve not once wanted a ciggie, i-ve even been to the pub and got slaughtered.

Why am i sailing thru this when others fail at the first hurdle?Congratulations. I don-t know why it-s such a big deal, either. I quit in September and it-s been easy. I-ll even go you one better.... I didn-t use any crutches at all. Just quit.Congrats!Well done you for stopping! I gave up nearly 9 years ago and I haven-t had any thoughts about starting up again. The first few weeks are great because you-re getting such a buzz from stopping and the praise you get from others about it. Your health thanks you! xwell done keep it up. I wish i had your will powerMaybe because you really want to succeed and were ready to give up. Well done you - keep up the good work - I envy you as I-m still a smoker xxxxxxxIt shows that you have very strong will power

I congratulate you for your will to stopGood 4 u. Maybe u just have more willpower. You may get your symtpoms after a while when your brain tells you that just having the one will be OK ? don-t listen! keep up the good work! The thing is you still have to give up the nicotine the patch is providing you have only given up inhaling smoke. I wish you luck.hey if its working don-t worry, good on you for quittingNo idea.

My Father in law,smoked 40 a day for 50 years.He stopped overnight-without any help.
Others that I know have tried everything from patches to hypnosis with no success.

Perhaps it to do with sub-concious will power.Well done keep on going :)I am so proud of you. Your body will thank you. HANG IN THERE!congratulations.but my mum was the same, she sailed through six months, and then started again! keep up the good workCongrats on that. Most people cant do it because they simply aren-t ready. IYou cant really quit until you, yourself are ready to quit... thats why. If they were ready and willing and dedicated, they could have done it too. You just hang in there and keep up the good work.You-re committed to quitting and that-s great...I-m having a smoke right now and I wish I wasn-t.Well bully for you.
I gave up in 1986 and still am smoke freeDont ask, just keep doing it.
