smoking is part of my daily life i cant help but to smoke i need helpmy friend was a so-so smoker and he realized that he was better than that and he just stopped. he also had a lot of help from myself and some of our other friends, so i suggest getting with a friend to help you.It-s really a way of life. I mean, you-ll have to rip off the Jim Morrison posters and christmas lights off the walls and toss out all the pipes and bongs if you-re serious about quitting.

You-ll have to get rid of your smoking friends too. There-s really no way to quit as long as you-re entangled with them and always have a -way- to get some anytime.

Even if it means moving away from it all; you gotta do what you gotta do to last longer in this life.I got rid of an addiction to cigarettes by running. Try running a couple of miles a night and then just sit down and enjoy a big mug of water. Doing that will give you a -runner-s high-, which is kind of like the buzz of alcohol (minus the effect on your brain). After you won-t feel like smoking. And the good thing about this is if you get addicted to running, the worse thing that can happen is getting/staying in shape!if you REALLY want to quit, go to AA. it is not just for drinking, the 12 steps can work on any addiction.

I don-t drink at all, I don-t crave, (or jones).
nothing.........it works. there is no magic pill that works, but this does. trust meI think that you should take a day to day process. Try not smoking for a day, if you can handle it then try another and another. Next thing you know you-ve been clean for a month and so on.You need to go to your doctor so he can give you a medication... for a nicotine replacement .. well something like that...it-s very hard to lose the addiction but with help and support it-s possible. : ]don-t stop. Why do you feel you need to quit? For me, it-s not an addiction, it-s a way of life.throw them all in the bin..and just do not smoke...YOU are the one in the drivers seat
