yes it did work for me, it is well worth reading, get a copy and give it a go you have nothing to lose, I gave up 2.5 years ago using this system. Well done and good luck with the non smoking xxI have read the book gives you something to do with your hands but dont give up the patches they worked for me in the end took me a few attempts over 2 years staying stopped was difficult but in the end you master it .I hear there will be a new tablet availanle soon thats ment to be good.yesIt did work for me but then i stupidly decided 2 months later to try a ciggie just to prove to myself i didn-t need them anymore and got hooked again. It doesn-t work for everyone but i know 3 other people it worked forI smoked for a year then quit using this system: Two rules.
A) Don-t buy any more cigarettes.
B) Don-t smoke anyone else-s.
I know it sounds stupid, but smoking always comes down to the point where you decide to have a cigarette. If you don-t have any on you, you don-t have to face that decision. Then you just have to beat the times other people offer you one. Say NO. It-s not easy, but if you-re trying to beat an addiction, what makes you think it would be? Haven-t smoked in four years, btw.Yes, and no.

I still have not seen sense, and continue to smoke, but I live in hope that one day I-ll quit.
