im 14, and trying to stop smokinghelp?Are you joking? Well, I am going to give you a little taste of what antidepressants are. ...and Ritalin is actually a -weak- one for kids. Do you want to risk a suicide? You wouldn-t be the first kid that got crazy and killed himself after antidpressants.

to quit smoking i heard that it is a three day hump after that it is easy.
so it means to not smoke for three days.
find out of all the bad things that smoking does to you and look at the images..that scares me.
there are many state programs (at least in NYC there are) that are design to help people quit. I think you should ask: how do I quit smoking?Over the counter antidepressants are not going to help you quit smoking. There is a prescription only antidepressant called bupropion that will help you stop smoking, but you would have to ask your doctor if they would be willing to prescribe it.
