Ok i have try to stop smoking twice in the last 4 weeks and both times i lasted into my 3rd day, but this time around i have ended up with cold flu like symptoms.. runny nose , sore throat , and coughing up weird Alien stuff.. and in General just feel like s**t just like a bad Fluit could be coincidence, since it didn-t happen the first timeI think this is one of your best decisions.
