i am too young to smoke and am probably screwing up my life. My friends smoke (most)... but they are good funny caring people so i will not leave the group. I just would like some advice to stop... Like a routine?Good , caring people, would not be blowing cigarette smoke in your face. It sez right on the package......THIS PRODUCT --WILL-- give you CANCER. Tell me, would you eat something daily, that has on the wrapper --THIS TWINKIE WILL GIVE YOU HORRIFIC CANCER????No, you wouldn;t right? So why smoke then?
Or how-s this........ask any adult over 50, who smokes....if they-d LIKE to stop. and see what they say.
Ya ever hear anyone say, MAN, I really ENJOY this addictive habit? No, everyone always whines about how they WISH they COULD stop........but can-t.........because it-s ADDICTIVE. Same as drugs. And the whole -coolness- factor........WHO sez it-s -cool-??? The only ones who think its COOL are the cigarette companies , who brainwash you into thinking cancer is COOL!!!!

If they could invent a baby formula with nicotine in it, they would..........it-s all about the MONEY, bro........I would say to just taper off, start smoking less and less untill you can quit. And you friends should just except that you dont want to do it, most people dont care about if you are smoking or not as much as you think they do.watch t.v. for a long time until u see somethin about to quit. then call that number that they put there so that u can quit
