stop smoking aid ,electric ccigarei-ve no idea where to source them mate.... but i know how to give up smoking easily........ the phenomenal power of the human mind... simply tell yourself repeatedly over and over and over and over that you are not addicted to nicotine and that there are no detox side affects from ditching nicotine..... nicotine exits your system completely in 30 minutes anyway....... stop the filthy poisonous cycle by using the power of your mind to get just what you want....... if you think about it logically ........ when you repeatedly tell yourself something over and over again you will believe it........ and for something to be you first have to believe it is so.try it mate.
it works......... i stopped cold turkey a few weeks ago and haven-t had any detox symptoms or uncontrollable cravings.
and when it works don-t invalidate it by saying i can-t believe it works.... just be thankfull for small mercys and believe in the power of you.
