Smoking and whites of eyes(sclera) -
I have been smoking cigarettes for about 10 years and have noticed over the past year or so, the whites of my eyes are not exactly yellow, but not as white as they used to be.. When I do stop smoking, will the natural white of my sclera return????It will take a few moths, but it will go back to white once your body had cleansed most of the toxins.A close friend of mine was a heavy smoker, and it took her almost 6 months to recover.
As an encouragement to quit smoking, she is very happy how her skin looks also.
