What do u think of propsed medical care? -
I do not favor gov control. However, I live in a small Mobilehome park. 3 opbese women have got new hips and knee, 2 old people will not stop smoking. One is on oxygen, the other is in hospital about 6 weeks now. He had a heart attack about a year ago and got a pacemaker. He would not obey dr and stop smoking. These people use up many bucks because of their lifestyle What is your input about this?Yes, alot of medical problems are caused by or worsened by people-s own lifestyles. Examples are smoking, obesity, not getting regular health screening tests, risky sex, not wearing seatbelts, too much drinking, not exercising, etc. But it is a free country still, to a certain extent, and we try to be humane with people- health needs.But -Obama care- may not be affordable. Who is going to pay for it all?Good!
