I stopped smoking about 2 weeks ago for about a week, smoked for like 2 more days (that was about a week ago)
Everyone around here drug tests for employment and I really need a job. I need a way to pass any kind of urine test!!
Don-t post answers like -Don-t do drugs- seriously save the preaching, its obviously too late for that.Here-s the regimen I followed when I was on probation and I had to go through urine analysis drug tests. If your skinny it will work much better if you-ve been sober for a week this will most likely work it worked for me about 5 times and I had smoked like 1 day before the test. Vinegar, cranberry juice and all that other stuff doesn-t work-
1. Drink lots of water the day before the test and the day of the test, this is to clean out your body and to basically flush all that crap out.
2. Most importantly go visit your local smoke shop there should be a few, buy a detox drink around $30.00-$70.00 it depends, ask the people their to help you out.
3. On the day of the test drink the whole detox drink and maybe 2-3 cups of water and piss a lot before the test
If you followed those instructions the test will come out clean I-m 90% sure, unless your body is weird or you bought the wrong detox drink. Heres a site to show you the right detox drink to buy

The name of the detox drink I used was called READY CLEAN or XXTRA CLEAN, they are both made from the same company I highly recommend getting this drink above all others because it-s the only drink I tested and it works. Try the tropical flavor it taste better than apple.It can and normally will stay in your system for 30-90 days.Don-t smoke.You have a 40% chance of passing even if you smoked the night before... but to be safe, drink cranberry juice (a natural detox) or you can buy one of those $30 pills at your local headshops.
If you wait another week and a half or so, you should pass fine unless you are a heavy user.

i HAVE BEEN ON IT 5 WEEKS FOR SMOKING CESSATION.iTS WORKING i AM DOING WELL. i STARTED ON 300MG NOW I AM ON 400MG BECAUSE I NOTICED CRAVINGS COMING BACK.HOWEVER I DIDNT HAVE ANXIETY BEFORE AND NOW I FEEL I DO. THANKSCigarettes have natural anti depressants in them and when people stop smoking they sometimes become depressed. Also people tend to smoke when they are anxious. Wellbutrin could be causing the depression and anxiety and it may not be withdrawl symptoms from quitting cigarettes. You should see your doctor and get their opinion about it since medicines like Wellbutrin can cause people to become more depressed and anxious instead of making those feelings go away.I felt exactly the same way with Wellbutrin.
Do talk with doc, and if he advises you to stop the Zyban, can ask him about Chantix.

well i am about 50lbs over weight to me but medicaly im 65-70lbs and would like to start out with at least 15 hrs a week of intense workout so i can be good in shape by november or january. any way the thing is im scarred because i smoke (but planned on stopping) im scarred that i would get too much stress on my chest if i work out to much. so what would be the best start to a person who stops smoking the day before they begain a work out? should i wait a few days or what? and what is the the best way to work out your abs other than push ups? i cant do those because of my huge breast hitting me in the throat lol. help me!.hum well it depends on how many laps can you do on the track i suggest you should jog the long way and walk the curve, and use lane 8 also you need to watch your diet try not to eat after 9 pm eat a small breakfast like fruit stay away from fried foods and pasta also try to eat small meals through out the day and not just big ones....
