I feel apathetic, and dont seem to care too much about anyone or anything really too much.Is this normal?
how long does it take to get back to normal again?
(I quit 1 week ago)It never gets back to normal. But, if you start walking, it not only helps the apathy...it prevents you from becoming the size of a rhinosceros.my mum stopped smoking and she said it took about three months until she wasn-t thinking about smoking and she-d got back to normal again. she also said it was definately worth it. good luck! :)well its never going be -normal- but ask the therapist about it.. but nice choice smoking never leads u in a good directiongo see a therapistIf I were you, I-d take a long, langurous draw on a fabulous Piccadilly Tipped cigarette and let the nicotine do it-s work old chap.I smoked for about 15 years developing a 1 1/2 pack a day habit. It took me 3 months before I considered myself to have quit. (back to normal) Add to that, I weened myself for another month or so prior getting down to 1 cig every other day. I still had terrible nicotine fits when I dropped off the habit all together. I-ve talked to some people who say they never quit craving a cigarette. There was a product available back then called -smokers tea-. It contained a drug called -lobaline-. I used to drink a cup of that tea when I thought I was going to go nuts. But not more then 2/day. The lobaline is habit forming also. I-ve been smoke free for about 17 years. It-s defiantly worth it. Don-t give up, it-s a bear no matter what. Worth winning the fight.I quit a year ago next month, and my brain is STILL as crazy as it ever was,Do NOT start lighting up again you have made a grand choice to a healthy life.
