Cant stop smoking weed HELP!!!!!!!? -

Cant stop smoking weed HELP!!!!!!!? -

ive been smoking wed for 3 months now like everyday i would get high at least twice a day.. all my money was going towards weed.. i mean every bit of it. Ive been sober for 4 days now and i feel like im bout to have a nervous breakdown ive been to rehab and it didnt do **** for me.. my life just seems perfect with weed.. but i cant cause my ***** *** mom is so badly against it... she-s never been high and dosnt know what its like to have a addiction or be high.. and she dosnt know the withdrwas my body is having.. ive already been close to hitting her but i dont wanna get locked up.. what should i do.. im bout to have a nervous break downWell admittedly I only stopped when I moved out the area I was living and only have it now very occasionally. It-s not an addictive drug physically - only mentally. What you need to be careful of is becoming accustomed to the alternate reality that comes with smoking weed on a regular basis as it will affect your life on every level. I-d advise you to knock it on the head now before you start wondering in a few years time how your life would be if you hadn-t smoked so much of the stuff. Moreover, these days it-s all high THC skunk - it-s not so much for chilling out but turning you into a zombie. Stop now and stay sharp - life-s more fun that way! =)There-s nothing addicting in weed, this is just all in your head. I was smoking weed and cigarettes on a regular basis,I fell and broke my leg and have not smoked either one since. Dont hit your mom, quit smoking weed and you will be a better person and have more money.Guess your mom′s right on being against you doing weed.
By the way what you′re experiencing is called abstinence syndrome, just hold on and it will go away with your addiction.

Best of lucks dude.share some with meget rid of it before it ruins your life

Need to quit smoking fast??? -

I have been trying to have a baby for about 6 years now and my doctor said that if i stop smoking my chances will increase fast so i need to know the best way to quit smoking with out that much money. i was going to get a prescription from my doctor but i have no insurance and the meds would cost 120 dollars a month for up to 6 months with no promiss that it would work for me so what do you recommend anything would help please!!!First, you must have the WILL to quit. If you don’t have the will, it won’t happen.

First, set a date when you will quit smoking.

Forget the medications available. They are expensive. I would suggest ‘poor man’s ‘ acupuncture. The area acupuncturists use to stop people from smoking are the earlobes but you don’t have to stick your earlobes with needles. Rather, whenever you get the urge, grab both your earlobes and massage them using light pressure with your forefingers and thumbs. While doing this, tell yourself you don’t need that next cigarette. You can do this for 30 seconds or a minute. If you still have the urge, repeat the process. But as always, no method works if you don’t have the will. Good luck!slowly cut down the number of smokes you have each day until your only having a couple per day then just give them up thats how i did itTake a deep breath and make a decision..Smoke/Baby. I just recently quit smoking and I took the meds I think you are talking about. I took it for only 4 days and have not looked back. So 120.00 is worth it in the long run. Something to think about. Good Luck it is the best thing I have ever done. I smoked for 30 years. I really do wish you wellIf you are trying to conceive you need to be as healthy as possible. Try this link:

Smoking is an addictive habit. Most former smokers make several attempts to quit before they are finally successful. So, never say, -I can-t.- Just keep trying.

.Try chewing gum as a substitute for cigarettes.

Spend time with nonsmokers rather than with smokers.

Think of yourself and identify yourself as a nonsmoker.Stay away from places where there are a lot of smokers, such as bars. Avoid spending time with smokers. You can-t tell others not to smoke, but you don-t have to sit with them while they do. Spend time with nonsmokers and sit in the nonsmoking section of restaurants.

Be prepared for relapse or difficult situations.

Most people who go back to smoking cigarettes do so within the first 3 months after quitting. Many people try 5 or more times before they successfully quit.

Start an exercise program.

Consider using nicotine replacement therapy.
