I-m trying to quit smoking. I used to smoke about 10 or 15 a day, and have cut down to just one in the afternoon (when I wake up) and around this time-like 1 am, just had one a few minutes ago. I-m trying to replace my habit with something else while I let the dog run around and use the bathroom, because thats what I do when she-s out there. Any ideas what else I can do during that time, to stop smoking altogether?It will be easier to quit just smoking. One of my fathers friends quit by placing a mark with a pencil a few millimeters away from the filter, and every week move that line a few more mm away from the filter until he was satisfied with only a puff or two.
