Any one can let me know what other ways i can stop smoking herb? -

i want to and i dont i just need help please....Get it out of the house and deal with it for a week. You-ll find it hard to fall asleep, will be agitated and perhaps will have some wild dreams and a mild depression. After you get through your week, you-ll still have pangs. If they come at night just go to bed. Don-t drink or do anything that will make you want to follow up with smoking.
Stay away from Friends that smoke, probebly the hardest part. It is alot easier to stop than tobacco! You will feel your morning energy level come back to life real fast. Not easy but not hard either!contrary to many beliefs, most noted physicians now believe in
a series of withdrawal symtoms that will occurs that you must
deal with. though there is discomfort , they are not impossible.
For some of the milder detoxing symptoms, a few home remedies have proven to be useful:

* Hot soaking baths can help the emotions as well as the body.
* Drink plenty of water and clear liquids, just like for the flu.
* Cranberry juice has been used effectively for years by recovery houses to help purify and cleanse the body.
* Really excessive sweating can deplete the body of potassium, a necessary mineral. A few foods high in potassium are: melons, bananas, citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, and tomatoes.
* Eliminate fat from the diet until digestion is better.
* Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine until the sleep pattern is more normal or the shakes are gone.
* The old fashioned remedy for insomnia, a glass of warm milk before bedtime, helps some people.
* Exercise not only helps depression and other unpleasant emotions, it helps the body speed up the healing process.there-s a few things you can do...try joining a local support group..it will be easier to meet people who are going through your same struggle and can offer better advice than i could...also, talk to your doctor about a possible plan that he or she can offer to ease any side effects from withdrawal that you may experience. finally, you need to consider what the consequences will be if you don-t stop smoking, i.e. greater exposure to possible carcinogens that cause cancer, increased difficulty with breathing, memory, etc. You need to focus on increasing your willpower to resist the desire to smoke...i wish you luck buddymarijuana is Not addictive. just stop doing it! you dont need help. you wont get withdrawal symptoms.
