Help on how to stop smoking? -
hiya ive been smoking a few months now and im 15 (bad i know) but i-ve decided im going to stop!i smoke about 8 - 10 a day now
me and my mate are going to the doctors for advise and shes getting patches (i don-t want them)
but what can i do around the house to put me of
I-ve changed my background on the computer to all horrible smoking pictures
put a picture of important people to me and my baby in my ash trays
anything else i can do?
use full advise only please as i really do want to stopI am trying to give up too with not much success so I know how you feel. A few years ago I read a book by Allen Carr called -The easy way to stop smoking-. I stopped for 7 years completely. I lent my copy to someone so maybe I will buy a new one!! tried patches but they didnt really work for me.Trust me your not addicted. A little will power will do the trick. Just dont buy them! Replace the smoking with a new hobby.if u have a games console that puts my mind of smoking
