Stop Smoking Symptom? -
I-ve been smoking for the past 8 years and recently i-ve quit smoking. Is there any possible symptom which will occur in my body system?Advance Appreciate for the answerYou-ll start to appreciate the benefits of not smoking, your heart won-t race and your lung capacity will increase. I just quit, haven-t smoked in a week, and I can already feel a difference. Good Luck!It-s a great idea to stop smoking. How ever as per my knowledge people who stop smoking may see headache , sleeplessness, and weight gain (It can be easily manage by exercise) and starvation for nicotine (That-s the main reason to restart smoking but if some one not smoke for 3 months then this symptom might not see), Increase appetite are some of the symptom. Have you check your BP ? If not, then its a good idea to check. Sometime it might change. Ask your doctor for smoking cessation program.I stopped smoking Oct. 17 of last year. Some of the negative symptoms I experienced were headaches, increased lung secretions ie. I was coughing up a lot of mucous, however this is said to be normal and can last for weeks. Your body is trying to get rid of all of the nasty buildup in your lungs. You could also experience a slight weight gain. The positive things that happened when I quit: my heart didn-t race, I was able to breath deeper, I can now do extensive physical activity without getting winded.
Other that that I really didn-t experience much.
Best of Luck to you!! Just always keep in mind that your stronger than that stupid cigarette!!What do you mean? Your question is not clear. It is scary because some who quit smoking do get cancer a couple years later. I smoked 40 years and quit four years ago and thank God every day the the removal of that horrific sin. Congratulations.
