When you stop smoking cigarettes do you gain weight ? -
i am trying to quit smoking cigarettes but i want to know how much weight i will gain in the processYou won-t gain weight if you don-t want to. Once you stop smoking, you-ll have a craving to eat all the time, maybe to fill the hole that smoking did. But it-s up to you, if you make an effort to control yourself and eat healthy, you won-t gain weight. Put your mind on other stuff, excercise a lot, and distract yourself with different activities. Hope it helped!only if you use food as a replacement for the cigarretes, you could even lose weight if you did something healthy instead of smoking.although you probobly won-t be in the best mood which means you-ll need something to comfort you, the best thing you can do is really control your eating habits when you quit, don-t let yourself get carried away and ask a friend to help distract you from fatty foods!
10 pounds, because the food taste and smells so nice. But you can get rid of it by eating a bit less, and doing some exercises. Better 10 pounds heavier than walking around with a permanent whizzz, cough, splutter....
Peace.
Frequently. It really depends on how much discipline you have. I-d worry about the smoking first, then deal with the weight -- it-s a lot easier to lose weight.Absolutely not, I have never heard of gaining weight for taking something toxic out of your diet =)It happens when you try to fill that empty void but u cant find anything so u eat instead. i always heard that chewing gum works.
diet - exercise will help to control your urgesIf your smoking to releive stress, then you may turn to eating
