Will my (poor) circulation improve now that i have stopped smoking? -

i have a history of bad circulation, and for the last ten years i have smoked heavily. (i-m 25 years old) i-m currently on my 2nd smoke free day. i will stick to my guns. every site i look up has vast information about how my heart and lungs will improve over time but i can-t seem to find anything related to what i-m worried about, which is circulation, especially in my extremities. is there a rough timeline measuring improvements or am i doomed to the fate i created for myself? If the circulatory problem is a direct result of your smoking, which is uncommon in one so young, then recovery will be marginal. If the issue is plaque deposition this is non-reversible.I-m 57, smoked 20 a day for 30 years and gave up 9 years ago. I also have poor circulation in my hands and feet, but I think it-s not as bad as when I smoked. Could be coincidence, I don-t know.Quitting smoking can definitely help. What about exercise? Proper levels of activity can improve your circulation dramatically, by expanding and strengthening your circulatory system. It is shown that circulation will imporve after you stop smoking in 2 weeks to 3 months. Stop smoking will make all the differenceIt may or may not. You might have done damage to your circulatory system that can-t be reversed.
