I need some advice from people who stopped smoking? -

I used to smoke for maybe 4 or 5 years now i stopped it-s been one week or so. I had bronchitis and now i feel better but the problem is the phlegm. I have phlegm in my throat i need to clean my lungs and get this phlegm out of my body and get all the waste out of my body but i guess my body is not that type it won-t get it out. Is there anyone that can help me get all this out of my system so i can breath and feel better???Getting of your system - that-s an exceptional idea
