Anyone read this book and actually quit smoking? I just started the first chapter and am curious to how many people its actually worked for?It worked for me. I smoked for 23 years. It-s been 2years since I-ve had a cigarette. You are not going to believe how easy it is to stop. Caution, read the book all the way through do not skip to the end.
