No, not really. It may actually make you smoke more, since your heart rate is raised, you body more quickly dissapates the nicotene leaving you needing it more often. The only way to stop smoking is to believe you can live without them, and handle lifes everyday situations without running to the cig.I believe it would help if you stick to it. Working out could be away to keep the addiction off of your mind. A big part of quitting any addiction is to keep your mind busy on better things. Plus the more you work out the less you will want to smoke. Excercise makes your mind healthy and a healthy mind helps create a healthy body. HTH.
