i have a boss who smokes... im a working student so I probably cant tell him to stop smoking without risking my job/ education..umm...dont say anything. its your boss- decision. he already knows the risks. just dont hang around him while hes smokin if you dont like it.I THINK YOU ARE RIGHT ----,NOT--- TELLING YOUR BOSS TO STOP SMOKING . IF YOU DON-T LIKE IT ,THE BEST THING TO DO IS - FIND A DIFFERENT JOB.Tell him to build a bobtalk to him nicely.. if he don-t listen, u could just take the cigs from his mouth and throw it away...cough and walk out of the room.Go to the restroom or just get out of the office and try to do a bit of an exercise by walking around. That way, your boss gets sicker, you get fitter, and you might soon land your boss′job!!I think You should spent lesser time in his cabin while he is smoking. If asked to stay can say that u will be back in five minutes, gradually i think the boss will understand your point of view.its his wish .. nothing to do with u .. so better u go away for something like some work or toilet ... and come back.because everyone will have their own problems and habitsstick a fire cracker or a small amount of gun powder from some fire works in it and watch the fun...i did it to my grand pa and he quit..but he died of a heart atack shortly afterI dont know where you live but it is illegal to smoke in places of work in many countries in the world. Is there anyone else in the office more senior than you who could ask him not to smoke indoors? A difficult one but it is ruining your health with 2nd hand smoke.Get him an ashtray.
