i can-t seem to quit smoking weed. If i go a whole day without smoking weed i suffer from anxiety, loss of appetite, loss of sleep, i become easily aggrivated,, but at the same time i get the most amazing clarity in my mind.. like thoughts are actually coming into my brain instead of me literally not thinking, but i still go back.any pointers? how do you not smoke weed? i-m sure this sounds rediculousI had to quit when I found out I was pregnant. It was kind of tough for me too just because it was something I-d done habitually for such a long time. I would suggest not putting yourself in situations (around friends for example) where you-ll be tempted...try to find something to do that you enjoy to keep your mind off of it. And make a list of all the positive things about not smoking (more money, being able to pass a drug test eventually, that clarity of mind thing etc) ..something you can pull out and look over when you-re really tempted to smoke.
Good luck. Others might laugh at you but it can be a hard habit to break. I know.i used to smoke weed like a mofo but no psychological withdrawal symptoms... i-ve been clean for a month -cause my parents drug test me now.
a good way to quit smoking weed is to have something else to lean on... smoke cigarettes (lots of people in rehab quit smoking weed by smoking cigarettes)
edit: i realize that-s bad advice but it-s like a way a lot of people do it lolYou get uncomfortable for a week or so. Nothing major, just get really crabby. It passessee a doctor
