Is there anyone out there who has stopped smoking because of the ban that is coming into force in july-if so whyMy grandmother quit smoking and it was for her best.I was actually un-aware of the ban but what do you except coming from a 14 year old girl?
Word of advice:
Don-t worry about the ban... just stop smoking. Go home throw out the cigarrette, go on the patch, chew gum all day and break the addiction. It isn-t easy but if you start now, you-ll be around a lot longer.I dont smoke . Better you also stop as it is injurious for health.Actually smoking is not a good habbit to any one. As you awared that long term smoking may cause respiratory Dieseases, hypotension,cardiac failure.... further, because you puff, the smoke will transit to others who are beside you .
Invisibly you become No. 2 killer to your surrounders.
