Get rid of any pot-related material in your house: bongs, clips, papers, scales, screens, baggies, etc. Stop listening to music that you used to zone out with when stoned. Consider taking those discs to a used CD store for $$. Tell old smoking buddies that they need to stay away. Read good books that have no drug-related themes. Get out and about as much as possible. You will be amazed when your memory starts coming back. I was. I haven-t toked up in over twenty years and I am so glad I quit. I was a five days a week smoker, sometimes seven days a week. It was not healthy.Stop keeping it around. And stop hanging out with people who smoke it. If you really want to quit you need to make some changes. The first step would be to remove pot and any pot related items from your home. Once that-s done stop associating with people who will get you to smoke in social situations.To make any kind of change in your life/style, you must really want to. Count the reasons that you want to stop. Then make a commitment. Study the facts behind illegal drugs. Realize that the enemies of our country want you to be an addict. That-s why they ship or grow these drugs here. It-s much better to be clear headed in life. Good luck.you know what, quitting pot is actaully easy, its all about the lifestyle though.i quit when i lost the friends who went with pot. u know, the friends who-d come around for a session. get rid of them lol.
and! i dunno about u but i was jobless, didnt have anything to do. so if youre like me, get a hobby, a job or go to university.
if u do work, go to school etc., then u need to delete all ur dealers phone numebrs, in fact, tell them youre quitting, smash the bong, get rid of anything that reminds u of weed.
weening yourself off pot is easy if u start smoking joints instead of bongs.ermmm how much on average do you smoke? because i normally smoke an 8th a week and that does me...and have onyl ben smoking for about 6 months...which is not very much...just do it if you enjoy it....but to stop just concentrate on fun things like sports,video games n whatever you enjoy...you may have an addict personality you just need to change the addiction lol...hope this helpsIt-s only mentally addictive. It takes three weeks to break the habit to the point where you-re no longer thinking about it all the time. Good luck, and get help if you need it. You might need new friends, though.You could try the out of site out of mind technique. Just stay away from it and the people who use it.
