When a person stops smoking? -

is it normal for a person to still be hacking up brown phlem a month and a half laterWhen I stopped smoking, I coughed up awful gunk for about twelve weeks. It might help for you to take something like Mucinex to clean you out quicker.i would go have a check upYep. Expect it for a while, man. But, honestly, why quit? Why give in to the liberal nonsense? Smoke -em if you got -em! Unless you-re trying to improve your run time, then sure.yup -- all kinds of things are normal. i was physically sick for 2 months. ok one week, bad the next. eventually it all stops though. give it a few more weeks.Yes. If you have been smoking for years, you have been polluting your lungs for years. It will take a while for them to clear all that junk out. The cells that were shut down by the smoke are probably regaining some function, and moving the nasty stuff up and out.

Congrats on quitting!I would say so. Breathing all of that junk has to eventually come out. Good luck with it. You-ll be glad you stopped.
