im 16 and ive been smoking black for 6 months..my parents dnt know yet...but i cnt stop help plz!!If you mean pot and cigars (maybe diff slang where I live) just quit. If you are talking about opium/heroin you should tell your family and get real help. I have an x friend that is homeless now from that stuff. She was normal 10 years ago. You are young so you have the strength to quit anything - a 6 month addiction is a hell of alot easier to quit than a 10 year one. Have faith and it will happen. Trust me any problems with your family are way better than the homeless scenario my friend is in now.Go see your Doctor and tell him in confidentiality to help you. If this doesn-t work then just tell your parents dude, you need some serious help that stuff is very hard to get away from. Get help no matter what it takes!!!

I started on it a week ago and I want to smoke less, but I still want to smoke. What are some side effects that you have experienced with it? Did it cause weight gain? Strange dreams or nausea?I haven-t taken it personally, but I have two close friends that have. They said the first two weeks were great. They smoked as usual the first week. By the second week, all cravings stopped and they quit smoking. But around the third week, severe nausea kicked in. It was to the point that they both had to quit taking it. It may affect different people different ways, so I think you should at least try it. I quit smoking in 1996 and I am no longer wheezing or coughing in the morning like I was before and my endurance has improved a lot. Your lung rebuilds and heals I have heard after 7 years it is almost as good as new again depending of course on how much you smoked.Basically the tar just settles in there. Your lungs can-t heal from that. What are you stupid?it gets blackIt will become healthier, but it helps to do cardiovascular excercise. Biggest thing i-ve seen that makes folks quit fastest, you will for sure get more pleasure from sex. Increased blood flow (male and female) and a ton more senstive.I stopped in June this year!
I worked out i was spending ￡1200 a year on fags.
It was easy to do! (although the first two weeks were harder)
I feel a lot better and never wake up with that sh-tty taste in my mouth!
i did have a relapse though and smoked a couple but i felt like sh-t the next day and never want to do it again!
