I am in a smoking predicament! Anyone have advice? -

Ok, I will go ahead and explain. I have a friend who is only 13, and she smokes. I really care about her, like a sister, and I really need help. Yes, I know about encouraging her to stop and all that, but how would I get her mind of it when she really starts wanting a smoke How do I REALLY make her stop smoking for good? Her friends probably got her started. She-ll quit when she gives up those friends.Just tell her it-s gross. Young girls care a lot about what other people think. As far as you -making her stop--you can-t do that-people can-t quit smoking until they want to do it. It-s a personal thing.Unless you are willing to tie her to a chair for a few weeks you cant MAKE her stop. If she wants to smoke then she will. Thats called free will.take her to a hospital and let her see someone with COPD... trust me, she will want to stop.

When does THC stop leaving traces in your hair? -

When does THC stop leaving traces in your hair? -

Let-s say you smoke and 30 days later it-s finally out of your system. Does it stop showing up in your hair:

a.) the day after you stop smoking
b.) When it stops circulating in your blood stream
c.) In about 4 or 5 days (approx. time it takes for drugs to show on hair)
d.) In 30 days when it is completely out of your system
e.) none of the above

I figured it-s one of these, Thanks for your helpWhen you cut it off. Trac will be in the hair shaft until it is cut, when it is no longer in the blood stream.Marijuana, also called pot or weed, herb, grass, is the most frequently used drug in the USA and a number of other countries. The duration of its- effect depends on TCH (Tetrahydrocannabinol) quality and concentration, the element that can stay in your body from 3 up to 90 days after smoking marijuana or ingesting it orally. Its- detection time is determined by many factors: person-s health conditions, person-s body weight, the speed and peculiarities of metabolism, fluid intake, type of drug and etc., i.e. for every individual it-s different. Moreover, also a lot depends on THC half time, which varies within the period of 1-10 days, making the calculation of its- elimination from the system of a particular individual extremely difficult, if not impossible. The average amount of time varies approximately from 3-30 days. And, in comparison with other drugs, which are being identified in a urine drug test only if you have been taking them within last few days, marijuana can stay in your body up to a month. In case of seldom smoking it can be detected within 10 days, in case of more regular usage – up to 45 days, persistent smoking – 90 days. Marijuana spreads all over your body: your brain, your liver, your kidneys – everywhere.

Since TCH stores primarily in hair follicles, it-s only for your benefit to take a urine test instead of hair drug test, which makes it possible to detect marijuana 3 years after the last time you-ve smoke it.

If you were given a very short notice and don-t have at least a month before taking the drug test, there are some possible ways to avoid positive testing: Detoxifying Products For Removing THC, that will help you to speed up THC removal out of your body. To be sure that marijuana detox is working, you can buy a small drug testing kit to check your urine. Purchase Drug Detection Kit Here. This might be a possible way to keep from testing positive. After the drink it-s expected to be negative.

I AM A HEAVY SMOKER,Can somebody tell me if I stop smoking what will happen to my lungs.? -

I AM A HEAVY SMOKER,Can somebody tell me if I stop smoking what will happen to my lungs.? -

I mean are they gonna be as normal as before I started smoking or do I need to use any drugs to clear them up?
Thanks for answeringFirstly you are heading in the right direction in considering quitting smoking, congratulations, it-s not easy to quit, but not that hard either. As far as your lungs, it all depends on how much damage you have already done, some air sac damage cannot be repaired (see emphysema) But the moment you stop smoking certain things like the amount of cancer causing chemicals in your system will be greatly reduced. For more free info on the benefits of quitting, click on the link belowyour lungs will clear up some but they will never be back to the way the was before you started smoking.. there is a great pill out there now you can get that really does work and helps you quit smoking. its call chantix it blocks the craving for cigerettes. you smoke while on them. some have quit as quick as 2 weeks and others as late as 2 or 3 months. talk to your dr about it. good luckWell I used to smoke so I know this one. It takes twice as long for your body to clean your lungs for every year you smoked. So if you smoked for 10 years it will take 20 years for your lungs to clean out. Then there might be some permanant damage to your lungs such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) which includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Then there is cancer too. Better quit sooner then later. I-m glad I did. I-m going on 7 years smoke free!your lugs will clear that tar out and function normally again my grandma has been a smoker for too long and stopped smoking and her lungs are now normal. No, you do not need any drugs. The health of your lungs will improve within 1 day of quitting and progress from there. They will never be quite what they were before you started but they will be a great deal better than if you continue smoking. Congratulations on your decision and good luck. I done it, it wasn-t easy, but I-m happy now.
