I have heard that cigarettes help you lose weight, if so what in them makes this true and how much weight do they make you lose? (I used to smoke but got pregnant and am 15 lbs. heavier after the baby...not sure if its from just the baby, maybe its from stopping smoking and the baby) Dont worry I am not thinking about starting back!The only thing cigarettes do is stave off hunger pangs. When people give up they tend to comfort eat - and so put on weight!I don-t think its true, at least I hope not. That, if true, would make allot of people to start up smoking, which is not a good thing.
People do usually put on weight when they quit smoking but it is only because they tend to go for food every time they crave a cigarette, which in exchange adds on the extra pounds. The extra weight you have put on is most likely from having a baby. I would know, i have two children and another on the way. Diet and exercise together will help. Its got to be your decision cause i mean you cant and should not quit something even if its a bad thing like weed or whatever by force but you should decide and quit by self awareness and freedom of mind.Realise that weed is harmful and then quit but realise faster and no i dont say you to some weed to realise watch some videos of people suffering in hospitals,go visit a hospital or something spend a day understand the value of life.no i wouldnt if i were you... what a stupid decision.Well if you are still living with your mom and she says NO, don-t do as long as you live with her. i have a history of bad circulation, and for the last ten years i have smoked heavily.
