In what country? Usually not in the US, but it also depends where you live, in some private communities it is legal. The majority can alienate you from any rights not provided in the Constitution.I would say no, it-s your property!! What are they going to do write you a ticket? Give me a break, we have people in our association that don-t pay their dues because we don-t get anything out of it besides a lake full of fish here, they haven-t ever tried to collect those dues either. It-s your property and they have no right to ban you or anyone from smoking on it.No, not if the property is owned by you.I certainly hope not!When is this BS going to end with the smoking issue.
