Been smoking pot for 20 years. recently my habit has gotten out of control. can you smoke too much to often? been smoking about 1oz every 5 days. starting to have wierd reactions when i smoke, such as blackouts where i wake up on the ground and also my moter skills do waky things like arms convoltions and such. i know the easy anwser is to lay off or stop smoking. this is not what im seeking. i want to know if im doing real harm to myself. The combination of pot and paxil keeps me really balanced.Drugs are bad, m-kay?haha-south parkReport Abuse
See a doctor. Be safe, this could be symptoms of something other then your smoking.paxil can have some very adverse side effects in itself and sometimes pot can affect some people in radical ways.
i would cut back for a while and see if the condition improves.
your blackouts are caused by a lack of air to the brain and your convulsions may be linked to the blackouts. your body is changing and that smoking pot will have a different effect than it previously did.
there also is the possibility that the pot is laced, but i think that is unlikely
if you have any of these symptoms when you dont smoke i would def incourage you to see a doctor, b/cit seems pot may be exastorbating an underlying conditionI-ve only been smoking pot on a regular basis for 12 years but here is what i know. You can never be too rich, too thin, or too high. Smoke up, brother.Give up the Paxil, whatever it is. Then give up tobacco. Pot doesn-t do any long term damage but you should try and moderate yourself, it is-n even addictive so what-s the problem. I smoked it for 35 years and the real problem is the tobacco, which I am just about beating now.
Tobacco is the biggest killer, give it up dude, go here, it-s free and contains all you need to succeed

I am not affiliated with the above site, they won-t even take donations anyway, the best donation is you giving up and passing the link along.consider the old addage, that too much of anything is bad, even too much of a good thing. you are doing harm, ireversable by now, but if the paxil keeps you going, stick with it. if its not making you go broke or have shitty relationships, your ok. just do what you think is right.drop it cold turkey... it seems as if the pot is really beginning to affect your immune system and if you caught a disease that could possibly kill you... try hypnosis or an accupuncture to help you realize that you need helpWell I have an aunt who has been smoking pot for way longer than you, but she smokes in moderation, she has no weird sideaffects, I personally take paxil, I would suggest not to quit altogether, but to lay off a little and see if you are doing any better, if not I would go see a doctor.3 grams a day isn-t that bad...but if it is starting to effect your mind in adverse ways, I-d say it-s time to cut back. If there-s ever going to be a reason to cut back, there it is.You are doing harm to yourself, because your marijuana use is having a negative effect on your life. While mild to moderate use of marijuana may not have severely negative effects, you have to consider that smoking an ounce every five days must be destroying your lungs, your wallet, and possibly your mind. How can you live your life to the fullest when you-re never sober? How does your marijuana use affect those around you?
I don-t know what the effects are of Paxil when combined with marijuana use. That may be contributing to the negative side effects you describe. If you ask me, you should stick just to Paxil, instead of mixing drugs. Talk to the doctor who prescribed you Paxil and ask him about help quitting marijuana. While it is less addictive than other drugs, marijuana is certainly habit forming, and you-ve formed one hell of a habit.
