Feeling sick after smoking cigarettes..? -
I smoked for about 6months now, consistenly. I-m not addicted (i dont think, although I chain smoke aloottt) and I only smoke 1pack a week. And for about a year before that, i was what you would call a -social smoker-.
I started smoking Newports, then Marlboro 27-s, then Marlboro reds, and back to 27-s.
Then I stopped smoking for about 2 weeks, and then I started smoking Marlboro Lights, but when I smoked them Id feel sick and neausous and wierd and feel like throwing up and shake. The one good thing is that I get the tobacco rush again.
But I dont get why Im feeling sick and such after I smoke now. Even the smell of cigarettes make me feel sick..
Is this normal? And why is this happening?
Ps, i know smoking is bad, and i should stop. I just want to know this tho.
Oh, and i-m not preggie.Smoking lowers your blood pressure, probably thats why you shake and feel sick. Sometimes smoking in general, or smoking special cigarettes don-t match your body.
Consider changing your cigarettes, or smoking after eating when you don-t have a low blood pressure, though Ive heard smoking after eating is not good.
Maybe try a lighter cigarette, smoking in fresh air, or not smoking at all for a while would also help.
I have smoked for 6 years and still sometimes I feel sick. I just dont smoke when I feel sick.
I know you wont like this, but my conscience wouldn-t leave me alone if I dont tell you that smoking 1 pack per week is not little and if you think you-re not addicted, consider quitting, or smoking as few as 2 or 3 per day.
Even smoking gaps (quitting temporarily) can help your body to go back into a healthy condition and can reduce chances of any illness by cigarettes. So maybe getting sick is a good reason to give up for a while.
Good luck! When you first start, you take it easy -- don-t inhale, smoke only occasionally -- but now you-re used to being able to smoke as much as you want, only your tolerance went down when you weren-t smoking. It will build up again, but you have to take it a bit easier in the meantime. You can even have this sort of problem sometimes if you smoke *less* than you normally do because the rhythm is wrong.Okay, I know exactly what you mean, I can be sitting there smoking a cigerette and mid-inhale I get clammy, I feel almost like I got the flu instantly, I even gag sometimes, I also am a social smoker and chain smoker, I can-t tell you exactly what it is, but it does happen to me, when it does I usually just put out the cig right away..... I have even got up and puked ........nice what they do for you uh?Marlboro lights always make me feel nauseous, and I-ve been smoking for 13 years.
My advice to you is to quit - especially since it sounds like you aren-t yet addicted. I wish I could, I have tried several times over the course of the past five years, and its impossible. Do yourself a favor - don-t let it get to the point where you NEED to smoke. Just quit for good.Your body is trying to tell you that it doesn-t want you to smoke. With the cost to your health and your wallet why would you want to continue??
Quit while you-re ahead.It-s your body telling you -Don-t do this.- Please quit. I speak from experience. QUIT!!!!
I wish I could.your body may have gotten used to u not smoking, so when u started again it was kind of a shock to your system
