im not a regular smoker.sometimes i have 4 cigarettes in a hour and sometimes not even one per day .i smoke more when i feel happy and it goes like crazy i dont know what to do ..im working out at the gym too.. will it help me stop smoking in anyway?people working out in gym regularly have more will power, so i guess u have more ability to stop. and for me it is just u say i don-t want to smoke, or i don-t need to smoke, or whatever and i quit. but i smoke 2 cigs a day, doctor said they have no effect on my health whatsoever, so i don-t want to quit smoking that much. but i remember there was time when i was pregnant or breast feeding and a woman shouldnt- smoke at all, so i quitted without any struggle. i go to gym every daya good way to stop is to break it down instead of quitting cold turkey try to so like one every hour or two then keep breaking it down to where you won-t smoke but once every blue moon.also try nicotene gum or the patches.by_-desciding ____not to smoke..nothing else in worldDon-t smoke.You have to actively make yourself quit...no more smoking...it-s just too adictive a drug...stop now before you really have a terrible time quitting. I know I-ve been there.in order to quit smoking you need to have big confident. First you will have to throw away any remaining cigarettes. Second, you may want to eat more than usual rather than smoke. The disadvantage about this is you will gain weight. Rathen than worry about getting lung cancer, asthma, ginigivitis etc. That works for me. I eat a lot after I quit smoking
