Stop using nicotine patches? what to do? -
Hi guys - gals,so i have stopped smoking ciggies for 5 days now, by using the patch, so tommorow i want to try to stop using the patch, but i-m so scared i will withdraw.
any tips? i used to smoke about 10 to 15 a day, the patch shows it has 15mg of nicotine,
anyone else got hooked on the patches?I quit two years ago this past June. I did it cold turkey and haven-t had any since then. It-s really all mental and if you really want to quit, you will have the willpower to do so. If you truly don-t want to quit, it won-t work. I would remove the patch and take day by day. Good luck

i doubt ur addicted if you call them ciggies. get chantix, blocks nicotin receptors in the brain accually fixing the problem instead of masking it.
