Im a child and i want to stop smoking !? -
HELP !im 14 of agee
i live in a rough area of manchester.
my mum smokes. at one point non of my friends smoked, and i was an ex smoker. i then started hanging around with another ex smoker, we then took up smoking at a silly idea. now all my friends seem to be doing it and i want to quit but it is hard, i have tried nicoret patches and they make me feel dizzy, i have tried all sorts. my mum and dad dont know and i smoke up to 50 a week, ANY SUGGESTIONS !!! :@im 13 and ive never smoked but a lot of kids at my school do smoke and are trying to quit. what a lot of them do is just chew gum or that thing on a led pencil(its a clip or sumthing)some even drink a lot of caffine because its also an addiction and it hypes u up so they think it might take the place of nicotine(i dont know if that works or not)my dad used to smoke cigars because they are similar to cigerettes but they dont have nicotine.i also hear energy drinks work,especially Monster.
