Yes it-s called will power, I have none, I smoke 2 packs a day.get a new obsession, like sunflower seedsstay away from other that smoke chew gun be really dertermaind to do it sorry about the spellingMost people say that it-s hard to quit smoking. But my uncle and grandpa proved otherwise. My uncle was a serious smoker before. He used to buy a lot of cigarettes a day. But when he got married and had children, he promised his wife and kids that he would quit smoking because smoking not only gives harmful effects on your health but it can cause you to suffer financially, and also affect your relationships. At first, my uncle found it hard to quit smoking but eventually after a few months he never smoked anymore. This was what he did: First, he limited the number of cigarettes he consumed in a day,let-s say, from 40-50 cigarettes to 10-20 until he would do only 1 or 2 and finally get rid of it once and for all. I know it is hard because I can see it through my uncle-s experience. But despite of this, he was successful in getting rid of smoking. Now, he is much healthier, stronger, younger-looking and most of all happier than before. And don-t forget, if you have the determination, perseverance and the motivation to live a healthy and longer life, and especially if you gained some encouragement and inspiration from your family, loved ones, friends, or anyone, then smoking wouldn-t be impossible to quit. =) My grandpa was able to quit smoking too and my dad is working on it. =) It-s just a matter of finding the right initiative and inspiration! =)juice fasting and cleansing programs like this one are how i quit.http://www.fast4health.com
