well i am about 50lbs over weight to me but medicaly im 65-70lbs and would like to start out with at least 15 hrs a week of intense workout so i can be good in shape by november or january. any way the thing is im scarred because i smoke (but planned on stopping) im scarred that i would get too much stress on my chest if i work out to much. so what would be the best start to a person who stops smoking the day before they begain a work out? should i wait a few days or what? and what is the the best way to work out your abs other than push ups? i cant do those because of my huge breast hitting me in the throat lol. help me!hum well it depends on how many laps can you do on the track i suggest you should jog the long way and walk the curve, and use lane 8 also you need to watch your diet try not to eat after 9 pm eat a small breakfast like fruit stay away from fried foods and pasta also try to eat small meals through out the day and not just big ones.... Consistancy is the most important thing. Start about 30 minutes a day of cardio such as: Jogging, elypticals, stairstepping, jumping rope, and biking. Ab workouts can include: 1. 6 inches: lay on your back and hold your feet above the ground at 6 inches for as long as you can. you will feel the burn trust me. 2.
