hey guys i really want to stop smoking crack (for some reason no one likes me because of it), but i-m not sure how, i tried about 3 years ago and i could go one day without just one hit, what should i do?I can make some suggestions for herbal remedies for -addiction- but I charge a small research request fee for doing so. Otherwise, you can try your local hypnotherapy practitioners for addiction assistance.

Or like the other poster suggested, try your local rehab. Attend NA meets. Cut the -dead weight- out of your life (absent yourself from people who do drugs). Seek out local churches of your choice, talk to parsonage and seek if they have programs or if a member(s) are willing to let you call them when you feel the urge to use and (hopefully) let them talk you through the craving. Call 2-1-1 for a listing of addiction/drug abuse resources.

Here-s the secret. It-s so simple. Okay, well you know how when you go to buy the crack rocks you put them in the small glass pipe and inhale the smoke? Yeah, don-t do that anymore.i heard about a surgury where they remover a node or something by your waiste that triggers these cravings... however that may only be used on people with opiate addictions.... check into it anyways...
