it was be 9yrs now, i used to smoke 60 a day, not now, though i smoke none i used no patches either just stopped.15 years never looked back.Two weeks, I-m down to 20 patches a day now!about five year3 years but im still sucking nicotene lozenges.what a joke eh.23 years. Since I was born I never try a puff.2 years this july.....yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhsince 7.00 this morningTwenty plus years,the best thing anyone can do.TRY !and never give up.FOR TEN YEARS.4 months and counting.16 months.9 days3 yrs but started again , found it hard the first time to quit so , am not looking forward to quitting again17 yearsi have to think on thisl let say 34 year ago5 years !!, its amazing what a month in hospital can do to you ??..12 years and still gasping for one!19 months
