u will see a difference!!Well a few tokes of weed is BY FAR much better than a pack a day.
And weed does help natually treat the sorness and help repair muscles so it can help with that too.
Just as long as you don-t smoke 10 joints a day and you will be fine.
you could also try eating weed (*boil the weed in oil and use that oil in brownies) to avoid taking in smoke all togethernot really ...

good luck ..There is no long term effect from smoking trees, if your smoking all day every day you start forgetting stuff, but that goes away if you cut down. And i agree with the focuses the mind, a good buzz makes me preform better with what ever I-m doing. And if any one says trees is worse than cigs its bs, there-s tons of awful chemicals in cigs only thing worse about trees is there more tar. Trees keep people open minded and down to earth to.
