Has anyone ever tried CigArrest to stop smoking,does it work? any sde effects? -

If you are ready to stop smoking you don-t need any of that stuff. If you-re not ready none of that stuff will work.
That-s the reality of it.The only one i can vouch for is the nicotine patches and they were wonderful for quitting smoking.After 5 days i felt i didn-t need them anymore and relapsted .They worked great and i smoked for 35 ys so try these if you want- and they have 7-14-or 21 days so they can go with the ys you have smoked .lots of luck.Here, I made a squidoo page about how to quit smoking, There is alot of good info there.
