Please help......Has anyone tried Nicocure to stop smoking? -
there are so many advertisements and no real informationI-m the most stubborn person in the world. I do what I want when I want, if I craved a stogie, I got one. It was part of routine, i couldn-t function without my breakfast of coffee and a cig, or my after work light.Anyways, what I mean is, I was almost a chain-ish smoker, who refused to quit.
Motivation, is the best to quit.
I met this guy, and knew he probably wouldn-t approve. So I made sure I didn-t smell like smoke when I went out with him. Then I quit cold turkey.
And I wouldn-t trade him for all the tobacco in the world.
I haven-t tried the gum.
I-ve heard it works. Also, gum, sunflower seeds, etc. A snack that won-t fill you.
But you need a reason to quit.
Best friend, kid-s, husband, etc.
